• A coroner has recorded a verdict of accidental death on a truck driver who fell from the back of his vehicle into oncoming traffic.
Michael Statham was untying load-securing ropes when he slipped; the tragedy happened outside the Croda paint factory in Hull last September.
A witness told Hull coroner Peter Gladwin that it appeared that a rope may have snapped on Statham's truck.
