THE N 11W 0-Licensing requirements have resulted in a big jump in objections, the annual reports for the Licensing Authorities reveal Limiters to coaches.
The reports, covering April 1984 to March 1985, show that there were more than 2,100 objections and representations, compared with just over 1,400 in the previous 18 months. This is largely because of the new environmental controls on operating centres.
