If between Specialloid, Ltd., and Mr. A. P. Good, chairman of Associated British Engineering, Ltd., for raising additional capital.
It was announced this week that a new board of directors had been elected. It cohsists of Mr. D. Ball, Mr. A. F. Murray and Mr. E. F. J. Plumridge. They have constituted themselves as a caretaker board to proceed with the negotiations with Mr. Good, and will resign when these have been completed.
