Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THREE NORTHERN Irish haulage bosses will face a Crown Court trial over charges of conspiracy to falsify tacho charts.

The three men, Patrick Boyle, Mark Boyle and Neil Boyle, who run Newry firm Boyle Transport, will appear at Carlisle Crown Court on 12 April, along with 14 drivers employed by the company.

Charges were made following the seizure of five vehicles operated by the company in Peorith by Cumbria Police in October 2008, which sparked a joint VOSA and police inquiry.

This lead to a search warrant being executed on the firm's offices in Northern Ireland.
