Independent Scania dealership TruckEast has bought R&A Recovery for an undisclosed sum.
The dealership, which has 12 sites ranging from Corby to Felixstowe, bought the business from Roy and Ann Kightley and will now run it from its Wellingborough depot.
John Biggin, TruckEast's managing director, says: Were delighted to be taking over this successful business, which will be a great fit with TruckEast, allowing us to expand our services. R&A will continue to offer the same levels of commitment to its customers at the same rates."
