PAGING PRICES • Air Call Communications has introduced a new pricing policy for subscribers using radio pagers in more than one of the company's VHF regions.
London-based users of Alphanumeric and Numeric pagers will now pay £1 for every additional region in which they want to receive their messages. Subscribers in provincial regions wanting connection to the London system will have to pay £2.
The six existing regions will be expanded so that the Air Call network will be accessible to 90% of the UK population by 1989.
