Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CAR-PARTS delivery specialist Dow Freight is claiming a high satisfaction level from one of its major customers.

According to Dow, which is a Staffordshire company that has secured parts delivery contracts with MAN-VW, Volkswagen/ Audi, and Lada, it is also meeting the needs of another customer, Reliant.

A survey of the 200 Reliant dealers served by Dow reports that 99 per cent of the dealers said parts delivered were received undamaged, 93 per cent reported that deliveries arrived regularly, and 96 per cent found that drivers were smart, courteous and helpful.

The VAG contract for MANVW and Volkswagen/Audi parts is by far the biggest handled by Dow, and involves daily deliveries to 200 dealers.

The use of demountable-bodied MAN-VW MT-Series vehicles with bodies divided into 10 compartments has helped improve the quality of delivery work. Demountable bodies, all fitted with tail lifts, increase efficiency, while the sub-division of the bodies reduces the risk of parts being damaged or mixed up in transit.
