ON Monday, Birmingham Corporation's Bill, under which they apply for power to manufacture bodies for their public service vehicles, was published. The Bill also seeks to amend the corporation's Act of 1914 to enable them to 'charge "for passengers and parcels . . . such fares and charges they may think fit."
A town's meeting is to be held on December 15 to discuss the Bill.
