IN-HOUSE TACNO COURSE • Foster Tachograph Analysis is offering in-house training seminars available for managers and drivers.
Subjects will cover tachograph regulations, hours' laws and analysis of case histories, as well as a video produced by Foster called Tachotalk which includes tachograph analysis and enforcement procedures used by Police and the Department of Transport.

These modules will enable people working in vehicle sales to obtain progressive certification on several aspects of their profession. They include administration, vehicle knowledge, valuation, finance, selling to fleet customers and customer relations.

• Machins Training Services has opened an HGV training centre at Pinchbeck. Approved by the Road Transport Industry Training Board, the centre offers five to 10-day courses at HGV1, HGV2 and HGV3 levels. These courses are followed by a driving test with the Department of Transport.
