Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LIVERPOOL flour miller, Wilson King, has specified Dobson 41/16 and 41/21 hydraulically-operated clear lift demountable systems built by Altrincham-based Cartwright Freight Systems, to improve its distribution fleet.

Wilson King operates eight 41/16 curtain-sided containers on four Leyland Freighter chas sis and two 41/24 curtain-siders on a Leyland Constructor chassis, Cartwright has designed the eight 41/16 containers to fit the longer 24.21 Constructor 6x4 chassis, thus increasing their flexibility.

The lighter 41/16 equipment, built to allow 13-16 tonne (12.715.74 tonne) gross vehicle weights, shares most of its features with the 41/24 body (24 tonne gvw). Four hydraulicallyoperated chassis-mounted rams lift the body clear, allowing four mobile supporting legs to be slotted into position.

All hydraulic circuits are protected by integral safety locks to each ram. Fore and aft rams can be used separately to allow complete control when lifting fragile loads.

The Cartwright lightweight clear-lift system of demounts from the vehicles' own power supply, and replaces a contact System operated on flatbed equipment.
