Test results reported by the Wickman Machine Tool Manufacturing Company confirm that on tapping operations alone, speeds are raised by as much as 70 per cent and tools last up to five times their normal life. A considerable improvement in the finish on such metals as phosphor bronze, brass and nickel-chrome steel is also claimed.
