Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

have been told by the other party to the contract that I must purchase my fuel from his pumps. Can this be enforced? I can buy my fuel 3d per gallon cheaper than he charges.

AWithout knowing the conditions of your

contract it is difficult to say if this can be enforced. There is no general legal obligation involved. However, there is another point which you should clarify.
