ARoad hauliers are not directly affected by

the changes in the scope of the Road Transport Industry Training Board proposed recently by the Minister for Employment and Productivity. The intention is to exclude from the scope of the RTITB the wholesale selling of tyres for motor vehicles and the public warehousing of petroleum products.
