A successful dinner to the selling and administrative staffs of Silvertown Lubricants, Ltd., was recently given at the Criterion Restaurant, Loudon, a company of some 25' accepting the company's invitation. Mr. A. Stevens. the general manager, proposing the toast of the company and its directors, referred to the work of the past months. Mr. G. Brace Celt, chairman of the company since its incorporation, paid glowing tribute to the memory of the late Mr. Duncan Best, and went on to speak in high terms of Mr. Stevens, the new general manager,
