The Preston motorbus proprietors have been discussing with the Watch Committee the question of stands for motorbuses, and an agreement was reached that, from April 1st, stands be available as follow : —Three in Jackson Street, four in Birley Street (opposite Free Library), five in Market Street (opposite. George Hotel), three between Post Office and War Memorial, two in Starchhouse Square, six in Corporation Street, one in Wharf Street, and one in Fleet Street. .
