Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Austin Rover has received orders for over 500 car-derived vans worth over £3 million at showroom prices. Most of the vehicles are going to Water Boards throughout the country, with the Severn Trent Water Authority alone taking 135 Maestro and Metro vans to make its fleet wholly Austin Rover.

The Welsh Water Authority has ordered 78 Maestro vans, while the Yorkshire Water Authority has ordered 100 Maestro vans with the jointlydeveloped ARG/Perkins twolitre direct-injection diesel engine.

Other orders are from county councils and police forces, with five of the orders resulting in all-Austin Rover fleets.

All the orders have been received in the past two months, with the vans scheduled for delivery over the next month.
