Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BRITISH CAR Auctions has expanded its auction centre network in Scotland by taking over its remaining 50 per cent holding in Auto Auctions (Scotland) in Edinburgh.

The centre is now owned entirely by BCA and will change to this name in October.

The centre is its second in Scotland, the first having been opened in Glasgow in May last year. Heavy commercial vehicles will be auctioned on the first Friday of every month.

BCA general manager for Scotland Gerry Lynch said: "Plans are already being considered to take over more land in order to extend the facilities and expand the auction programme."

"We are going to make the Edinburgh site our second major market place in Scotland," he said.
