e QHV is a tractive unit b ilt for the TRRL by Foden. It as a Rolls-Royce Eagle engi modified jointly by RollsR yce and the Institute of Si und and Vibration Research a Southampton University. During its evaluation with B nnetts, the QHV's noise and f el consumption will be nitored.
