Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

UK AND international haulier Chris Hudson (International) has run into financial problems and the receiver is inviting bids for the company.

It is the trailer manufacturing side of the Hudson Group, which makes the Monoframe trailer, that has failed. The company invested a large amount of money in this side of the business but sales of the Monoframe trailer have been poor.

The haulage side of the group has over 40 tractive units and 500 trailers (including 130 Monoframes) and 100 staff. It is, in the opinion of the receiver, an efficient operation and a viable concern.

Total value of the Romford-based Hudson Group has not yet been assessed but annual turnover is estimated to be running at over £7m.
