Forged aluminium whe weighing up to 23kg (511b)1 than comparable steel whe are being introduced ir Europe by the Aluminil Company of America (Alcc They will be shown at Vehicle Builders and Repair Exhibition in Solihull fri November 6-7.
The wheels are of drc centre tubeless design a employ a 10-hole centre fix system (spigot mount) witl 335mm (31.5in) bolt cir diameter and a centre bore 281mm (26.4in). In addition its light weight, Alcoa clai advantages of its wheels dude toughness, good dimi sional accuracy and corros, resistance.
Currently, the wheels ; being offered in the 22.5 x '2 and 22.5 x 8.25 sizes.
