II T365 JCL Was contracted out from Ouftields of East
Anglia to Derek Cooper (Transport) and registered on 12 March 1999. Cooper's orwich depot is home to an 80-strong Fleet workingon general haulage. Our FM12 worked mainly with a 15ft high-sided curtainsider ielivering high-cube cargo. Depot manager Phil Daniels eckons that 380hp is about right for his operation. The high-sided trailers and the lure of the work keeps fuel returns down but the fleet till averages an acceptable
