• Two new business development executives have been appointed by BRS Midlands to promote the company's range of contract hire, fleet management and transport consultancy services among major operators.
Richard Jones will be responsible for developing business among large fleet operators in Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and south-east Lincolnshire, while Robin Rainsley will provide the consultancy service to companies in Burton, Banbury, Leicester and Coventry.
Before joining BRS Midlands, Jones was operations manager for Swifts of Northampton, having previously spent seven years as transport manager and marketing executive with Flowers of York, a Transport Development Group company.
Robin Rainsley moves to BRS Midlands following twoand-a-half years as national transport manager for a major security company. Previously he was distribition technical manager for the foods division of Rank HOvis McDougall.
