OWNER-OPERATOR Mr R. Kelly, of Rochdale, Lancs, had his 0 licence in respect of one vehicle revoked under Section 69 at' a public inquiry in Manchester. The North Western LA, Mr C. R. Hodgson, heard that Mr Kelly, who did not attend the enquiry, had failed on several occasions to acknowledge appointments with a DoE examiner, and consequently his vehicle had never been inspected.
