• The 1988 truck racing calendar includes three key events in the UK. On 9 and 10 April, Brands Hatch will host the European Championship races before the drivers move onto the Hungaroring and Osterrichring in Hungary and Austria respectively in May.
There will be also a nonchampionship meeting at Silverstone on 13 and 14 August and a non-championship autumn meet at Brands Hatch on 1 and 2 October.
