Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MERCEDES-Benz truck centre at Borehamwood has developed a fully equipped mobile commercial vehicle repair unit to provide rapid assistance to operators in the NW London and Hertfordshire areas.

The unit, based on a Mercedes-Benz transporter, has been fitted out with work benches, drilling, grinding and gas welding equipment to tackle repairs at the roadside as well as at customers' premises. Over 300 different spare parts are carried but if all else fails a rigid tow bar is carried to allow recovery of vehicles up to 6.5 tonnes.

The vehicle will be used as part of a new 24-hour sevenday emergency repair service to operators of Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles.
