In addition to its ability to provide a bond between a wide variety of materials. including leather, fabrics, laminated plastics, glass and metal (it should not be used on p.v.c., polythene or rubber). Romanite 248 can be diluted with water for use as a dust preventative and sealer on concrete and other types of floor which are liable to give off dust. It can also be used, diluted, on the renovation of damaged plasterwork and concrete floors, as a sealer for porous surfaces before painting, and also as a seal against the inter-blending or discoloration of paints or enamels over bitumen coatings, tar or other solvent paints.
