Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IN the new Pegaso factory nearing I completion t Barajas, near Madrid, the production of Pegaso vehicles will be increased up to four times the present output of the Barcelona factory. The most modern equipment will be used, including a numbet of machine tools of British manufacture.

Facilities for the workers will probably be among the most up to date in the world. The production bays are in single-storied buildings divided by a central office block, over which a large dining room is located.

Cleanliness is encouraged by the construction at frequent intervals in the production bays of raised platforms about 10 ft. high, on which wash basins and lockers are provided. The floor space occupied is negligible and the platforms are not so large that they obstruct the light from the full-length northern windows.

Further to facilitate the movement of workers to and from the factory floor, two underground passages have been built leading from points near the main gateway. It is understood that this building feature was inspired by a similar arrangement in an Italian factory.
