Rob Roy: does the name mean anything to you? Before our Scottish readers draw their skean-dhus and start swinging claymores, let me assure them that I am not referring to Mr. MacGregor.
Many years ago there was a commercial vehicle bearing the name but it disappeared from the scene a long time back. Well, that is, until just recently when it reappeared in the pages of Transport, the monthly journal of the Irish transport industry.
According to that publication there was one registered in Ireland in August 1968— and sales promotion is paying off: there were two registered in September. Revival—or something new?
