Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I was most interested in the letter from "Solicitor" (CM December 6, page 331, concerning my article on pedestrian crossings. I should be obliged if the writer could inform roe where in the regulations it is provided that a motorist has precedence over a pedestrian as I am unable to find it. At the same time perhaps he could inform me how he reconciles the regulation he refers to with the cases quoted in my previous article on this subject. particularly Kozirnor v. Aciey 119621 106 S.J. 431, with which I am sure he is familiar.

LESLIE J. OLDR IDGE.
