• The fourth edition of Diesel fault tracing, maintenance, and repair has been published by Sir Isaac Pitman and Sons Ltd., Parker Street, Kingsway, London, WC2, at 25s, the first edition was published in 1950, It is included in the Pitman automobile maintenance series and is one of a number of books in the series written by Staton Abbey. All types of high-speed diesels are covered in the 274 pages, including transport, farm tractor, marine and stationary diesels.
