Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TO help in the exploration for oil in the marshes north of Basra, h-ak, Albion Motors, Ltd., have prepared for the Basra Petroleum Co., Ltd., a Water Buffalo equipped with Cuthbertson flexible-rubber fracks 3 ft. wide. He ground pressure is only 2+ lb. per sq. in.

The Water Buffalo will carry 3 tons on its deck and haul a Slipc trailer, a type of sleigh with retractable wheels. It is reported that specially designed American marsh tractors have failed to penetrate the area, which is waterlogged by the Euphrates and Tigris rivers. The water lies about 1 ft. 6 in. below a clay surface, which is, in effect. afloat. Temperatures of 120° F. fail to dry the marsh.

The Water Buffalo has a 67-b.h.p. engine and its steel hull is watertight even in.4 ft. of water. It has been proved in Canada and elsewhere under conditions which have defeated all other forms of mechanical transport.
