Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

What are the main provisions of the ADR 2011 changes to hazardous goods regulations? Changes to ADR regs are made every two years, the next are due in 2013, following consultation with the industry and published in advance.

The latest divide was in regards to the following categories: ● update to ‘Instructions in Writing’ – best provided in laminated form; ● changes to the ‘Limited Quantities’ (dry freight) vehicle markings; ● Environmental Hazard Markings – already appearing on the sides/back of fuel tankers; ● Vocational Training Certiicates – moving from paper to plastic to prevent fraud.

Because of the technical nature of these changes, domestic enforcement (by the police and Health and Safety Executive) is likely to be along the lines of ‘education and advice’ , but may be stricter in Europe. Turkey has become the latest of 46 countries to contract to ADR.
