Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

QERVICE personnel at the R,A.F. 1,--7 station, Kinloss, and the Royal Naval Air Service Unit, at Lossiemouth, will have the benefit of a " door-to-door " removal service when they move to other stations, as a result of a decision of the Transport Tribunal, in Edinburgh on Tuesday.

The Tribunal upheld an appeal by R. Hay and Sons, who appealed against a decision of the Deputy Licensing Authority for the Scottish Traffic Area refusing to grant them a B licence.

For R. Hay and Sons it was stated that the appeal was based on the need for a service between Lossiemouth and Kinloss and other service stations in England and Scotland. It had been proved that there was no unfair competition.

Announcing the Tribunal's decision, Sir Hubert Hull said they felt that a service of the kind suggested, as an addition to the service offered by the B.T.C., would serve to give some added convenience to the personnel concerned.
