THE Railway Executive, the Road Haulage Executive, Carter Paterson (B.T.C.), Ltd., and F. W. Buller' and Son (Holloway), Ltd., all appear as respondents in an appeal by Messrs. R. W. Saunders against a decision by the Metropolitan Deputy Licensing Authority to be heard before the Appeal Tribunal at Halifax House, Strand, London, W.C.2, on February 8.

western Licensing Authority This case is icheduled for hearing on February 9.
Messrs. Llewellyn and Banks are the respondents in an appeal by the Railway Executive against a decision of the Northwestern Deputy Licensing Authority. This case will be heard on February 7.
