Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IN Jennings Haulage of Bury has bought eight speciallyequipped Foden 4000 rigids and two tractor units for a contract with builder Concrete Masonry. It is using the vehicles to move blocks from plants at Wrexham and St Helens to construction sites and builders.

The rigids are 224kW Caterpillar-powered 4300 8wheelers, with twin deck, flatbed bodies and extra-high headboards. They carry loads of up to 30.5GVW. Atlas 4002 cranes are fitted to the rear, and can lift 1.5 tonne packs and extend to 9 metres.

The 4400 tractor units use 7.5m triaxle Trailor flatbed trailers, fitted with roll-up cranes. They can handle 23 tonne loads. The vehicles carry the Contract Masonry livery. Jennings plans to run them throughout the five year contract, and expects them to cover 800,000 krns.
