NEW export models of the Leyland Tiger Cub underfloor engined vehicle havebeen introduced to enable the requirements of certain overseas markets to be met more satisfactorily. The new range comprises models 8 ft. and 7 ft. 4+ in, wide with left-hand steering, and 8-ft.-wide versions with right-hand drive. Either a constantmesh gearbox, or a pnetimo-cyclie box with two-pedal control, is available. The wheelbase of all models is 16 ft. 2 in. When the pneurno-cyclic box is fitted, the chassis has a single-speed rear axle in place of the standard two-speed unit. Standard tyres for both home and export vehicles are 9.00 by 20 in. (10-ply), but larger tyres can be supplied for the 8-ft.-wide models. The complete range, which covers seven vehicles embracing chassis to take either coach or bus bodies, is as follows:—
