AAN application by the municipal transport departments of Stockton and Middlesbrough to extend their joint service to the Roseberry area of Billingham-on-Tees has been rejected by the Northern Licensing Authority. United Automobile Services, Ltd., who opposed the application, have been granted permission to cover the district by diverting an existing service.
