IN addition to an order from Argentina for the supply, among other vehicles, of 300 Leyland-M.C.W. Olympic chassisless single-deck buses, another 150 Olympics have now been ordered by the State of Cordoba, Argentina. The original 300 formed part of a contract for 750 vehicles gained by Leyland Motors, Ltd.

The order for the extra 150 Olympics has been obtained direct by Metro politan -Caramel' Weymann Motor Bodies, Ltd. The vehicles will be built at the Elmdon factory of the Metropolitan-Cammell Carriage and Wagon Co., Ltd,

Weymann's, Ltd.' is also to construct for Argentina 200 Mark II 40-seater two-door bodies on Leyland Royal Tiger chassis. The value to the M.C.W. organization of the contracts for the 450 Olympics and 200 bodies is about £21m.
