I T is announced by J. Payen, Ltd., Slough, that the demand for its decarbonizing sets is so far in excess of available supplies that it has become necessary to limit by allocation supplies to home stockists. To avoid confusion, the company is withdrawing supplementary discount terms to the retail trade and fleet operators on all decarbonizing sets delivered as from August I. Supplementary discount rates will continue to apply to other lines.
