Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Motorway service area operator MSA) Roadchef is sending one of its directors out with a Continental driver from the Professional Drivers' Association I PDA on an international trip to experience the difference between UK and foreign truckstops.

Mike Patten, Clacket Lane services site director, will join driver Johnny Hunt, who works for Coventry-based international haulier John English. They will spend a week from 28 April visiting MSAs on route to Germany.

Pat Nicholson from the PDA says that Roadchef is to be applauded for its forward-thinking approach: "Mike has to be admired for swapping the safety of his desk to live in a truck for a week. We have asked him to keep a diary of his thoughts and feelings to help him gain an insight into the job of a truck driven "Hopefully he will also see the differences between truckstops in the UK and on the Continent, and come away with some ideas on how to improve Roadchef's own MSAs."

Roadthef says: The PDA told us about facilities on the Continent so we thought that we should see them frst-hand."
