MAINTENANCE CONCERNS West Midland TC David Dixon has cut the licence held by Oldbury-based A Mir and Co by one vehicle for a week. It was called before a Birmingham disciplinary inquiry due to concerns over maintenance.
MEW HOURS Drivers' hours and tachograph offences have led to the licence held by Ketteringbased David Bletsoe-Brown Transport being cut to 45 vehicles and 30 trailers. it appeared before Eastern IC Geoffrey Simms at a Cambridge disciplinary inquiry.
ONE-YEAR BAN Fife-based Alexander Gill was disqualified from holding an 0licence for a year after it was revoked by the Scottish TC Michael Betts. Gill was called before the Edinburgh disciplinary inquiry for breaches of drivers' hours and tachograph regulations.
