Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Do you want to be able to keep all your driver qualifications in one place—and provide potential employers with a full record of your experience? Now you can with the Freight Transport Association's newly launched Driver's Skills Passport, worth £15 plus VAT. And, in an exclusive offer to Commercial Motor readers, we have 20 to give away!

Endorsed by the Transport and General Workers Union and The Road Haulage and Distribution Training Council, the Driver's Skills Passport aims to improve driver status in a practical way by recording personal details. These include driver licence entitlements, ADR certificate record, occupational qualifications such as NVQs or Modern Apprenticeships, driver and specialist training, employer or vocational achievement awards and experience at work. The passport is designed to be completed by individual drivers, and is contained in a ringbound leather wallet that also incorporates slots for fuel cards etc. Pockets in the back of the wallet hold a photocard driving licence and paper licences or ADR certificates.

The training sections of the passport allow for employers or training providers to accredit information with authorised stamps and signatures.

• To win one of the 20 Driver's Skills Passports we are giving away, write your name and address (and e-mail address where applicable) on a postcard and send it to CM/File Driver's Skills Passport Offer, Hermes House, St John's Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN4 9UZ. Closing data is 17 April; the first 20 entries drawn out of a hat will win a passport.
