ROLAND CALVERT has been granted permission to base two vehicles at a new operating centre on the Retreat Estate in Downham Market, subject to conditions: ● Authorised vehicles shall enter and exit the operating centre in forward gear at all times; ● Vehicles shall not exceed 7.5 tonnes gross vehicle weight; ● No loading, unloading or maintenance of authorised vehicles will take place at the operating centre; ● There shall be no operation or movement of authorised vehicles at the operating centre before 8am and after 5pm Mondays to Fridays, and no operation, movement, loading or unloading of authorised vehicles on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays; ● Roland Calvert will attend an operator awareness course provided by a trade body or independent third party, to be completed within four months. A certificate of attendance and course content will need to be supplied to the Office of the TC within 14 days of its receipt.
