The latest to undergo the treatment is the Viking Venturer which is now operating on the Portsmouth-Le Harve route.
Following the £7.5 million conversion, the ship's vehicle capacity has been doubled to 60 lorries. This is achieved by the addition of a second vehicle deck. Her sister ship, the Viking Valiant, is being similarly enlarged.
