• There has been four management appointments at Provincial Bus Company, the National Bus Company's local subsidiary in Gosport and Fareham.
Desmond Blackburn, previously financial controller for Hants and Dorset secretarial unit, has been appointed Provincial's financial director. He joined Hants and Dorset in 1984.
Claude Munt, who has been with Hants and Dorset for 32 years, has been appointed commercial officer after having worked for three years as the senior traffic assistant at Hampshire Bus.
On June 1, Leslie Kington, Hants and Dorset's management account (financial) becomes Provincial's management accountant, and Michael Dibben, formerly operating manager, is re-designated traffic manager.
