• The UK's largest haulier of bulk liquids, Tankfreight Limited, has introduced a new Energy Division, to coincide with Energy Efficiency Year. It will be headed by Peter Haslam.
With over 30 years experi
ence in the oil industry, particularly in trading, industrial marketing and acquisition management, Haslam was formerly group marketing director with the Sidney Glover group until its acquisition by Hargreaves Group plc, when he became directortrading and business development of the group's energy division — Hargreaves Fuel Services Limited.
At Tankfreight, Haslam will concentrate on expanding and diversifying the company's involvement in the energy sector, with particular reference to looking at ways to develop its storage and distribution operations.
