• Econolite of East Dereham, Norfolk exhibited its Windfoil-styled GRP box van body at the IRTE show on one of the most recent additions to the Mercedes-Benz LN2 range, the 13-tonne 1314.
Although the chassis in its 4.84m long-wheelbase form can accommodate bodywork up to 7.3m long, the 4.2m chassis on show had a 5.87m Econolite body complete with aerodynamically-shaped collar, cab roof fairing and under-bumper air dam.
The vehicle is one of eight to be built for Taylor Barnard Transport Services for contracted deliveries of sterile medical supplies.
