the UK by PL Tanton, comprises two main mouldings which hinge so that components to be blast cleaned can be loaded in. Sleeve cuffs and rubber gloves are included with the unit enabling the operator to handle the component while viewing cleaning in progress through a clear plastic panel.
A 60W lamp is incorporated in the cabin as is a lightweight blast pistol. The cabin can be used in conjunction with the Swedish Unitech range of portable clean blasting machines. Alternatively, an industrial-type vacuum cleaner can be used, in which case an abrasive recycling accessory kit must be used.
