• Blackburn-based Scapa Engineering has introduced a larger volume front-loading refuse compactor to its range. The FL3700 has a 28.3m3(37yd3) body and can be fitted to 30-tonne GVW eightwheel rigid chassis.

Estimated payload capacities are in excess of 12 tonnes.

The latest Scapa FL3700 model joins the company's existing FL3000 model which has a 22.9m3(30yd3) body and is designed for 24-tonne GVW three-axle chassis.
