Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Wilcox is introducing a fiveyear guarantee on its 55m3 triaxle tipping trailer, covering the all-alloy body, its chassis and tipping gear for faults arising from bad design, materials or workmanship.

The company says that this is the first guarantee of its kind in the tipping industry, and that it is upping its guarantee from two to five years because it is so confident about the quality of its manufacturing process. Wilcox is making the move after winning approval under British Standard 5750 Part II.

The company's quality control management systems won the day, impressing inspectors from the Lloyds Register Quality Assurance scheme. The trailer will also carry the stamp of product approval award stamp organised by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance. Wilcox will be showing off one of its five-year-guarantee trailers at this year's TipCon exhibition in Harrogate, where the aluminium body will feature a stepframe design, a lift-up front axle and Edbro tipping gear. To keep the trailer's weight as low as possible, the body also uses alloy wheels.
